Thursday, July 13 was our first full brew day. Fifteen barrels of Act One are now in the fermenter while the yeast work their magic. The vast majority will be canned in 16 oz cans, with the balance going into a few kegs. Canning/kegging day is tentatively scheduled for August 2nd, with beer on the shelves in stores a few days after that!
